You have the right to return your order within 90 days of its arrival.
The products can easily be returned. If you simply change your mind, the return shipping costs are your responsibility and must be paid to the shipping party. However, if the return is due to a defect or a picking error, we will arrange the collection, making it free for you.

Signatures
Please note that a signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. It is the customers responsibility to have someone home to sign for their item
If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow instructions on this card). Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour – you will be advised of this on the calling card. After three failed delivery attempts the item will be returned to us and we’ll get in touch to discuss the next steps.

I was somewhat cautious about buying this case for use as cabin luggage for easyjet, however, I conducted the size test at Bristol Airport last week and it fits perfectly. The case is a great size, almost cavernous! No hold luggage required for me in future!

Perfect size!
I measured this a fair few times before flying as it just looked so big! - tried it in the luggage box as soon as I got in the airport and it fit perfectly! didn't get a comment departing or arriving through boarding at all. a flight attendant didn't believe that it was the correct size whilst on the plane and warned me not to travel with it again but I showed them the smug photo I took of it fitting into the luggage box perfectly! - so much room, I went on holiday for 5 nights, and had two outfits a day!
Smart, light and functional
So glad I bought this. It does what it claims. Has been my trusty case on many adventures. Wished I had bought it sooner, takes the slog out of travelling.
The EXACT size!
We had many a look on holiday, most likely people wondering how on earn we had a carry on bag of this size on an Easy Jet flight. It is the exact sizes and the quality is superb for the money. The handles and wheels are great too and there is plenty of storage inside.I appreciate you can go cheaper, but it is nice if the bag last more than a couple of trips!
Great case
This is such a great case for the price. When it arrived I was worried it was too big for cabin luggage even though it states it’s the right size. It was perfect and it’s the biggest size that can be taken on the plane for cabin luggage so I took advantage of that and was able to fit loads of clothes and shoes in for my 9 day trip. Would definitely recommend this case.
Great hand luggage case
Can't fault it, it looks too big to be hand luggage but as described is the maximum size allowed by Easy jet and Jet 2. We have a house in Spain so regularly fly and my wife loves the fact she can get so many things in this one case. Great quality and so far has done 6 trips with no damage or issues of any kind. I will buy again when I replace another hand luggage case I have. A great purchase which I recommend
