The products can easily be returned. If you simply change your mind, the return shipping costs are your responsibility and must be paid to the shipping party. However, if the return is due to a defect or a picking error, we will arrange the collection, making it free for you.

For customers in mainland UK, we offer the option of next day delivery through DPD at an additional charge of £3.99. To avail of this service, please place your order before 1 PM. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be dispatched on the next business day.

Signatures
Please note that a signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. It is the customers responsibility to have someone home to sign for their item
If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow instructions on this card). Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour – you will be advised of this on the calling card. After three failed delivery attempts the item will be returned to us and we’ll get in touch to discuss the next steps.
Occasionally, things can go wrong and delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control and we apologise if your parcel hasn’t arrived as expected. In the event of extreme weather conditions for example, we will update this page with the latest updates.

Light weight ideal for carry on luggage

Vibrant colours, good size
Small but perfectly formed. Only used on British trains but fitted into the overseas stowage. Saw several on a flight back from Barcelona and all were stored and taken as hand luggage. Easy to use, packed well and then folds flat. No issues whatsoever. Website was great, dispatch and delivery superb. Will be using as cabin luggage in October I am sure I won't be disappointed.

I bought these to replace 1's of same make that I've had a number of years. I'm hoping that they are still suitable to use as hand luggage as apparently budget airlines have changed the size they accept but not the makers fault. I also prefer the colour as if they need to be put in the hold they will easily be located on baggage collection. I'm going in 2 weeks so will try and update if they are accepted.
Fantastic quality, really pleased with my purchase
The cases come with quite a few features that will make waiting in airport departure lounges easier, they are cabin friendly too, so no issues when taking the cases on board flights. The pull along handle folds down into a zipped pocket. There are 2 carry by hand straps, one at the top and one on the side. Cases are very lightweight, but strong and durable. The zipped compartment on the front is plenty big enough to fit passports and other items you need to access easily. Main compartment is a good size 55 x 35 x 20cm. Case folds down flat, so easy to store when not being used. Overall really pleased with my purchase.

Not gone anywhere with them yet but so far seem perfect, especially that they were quite alot cheaper than others which looked the same, glad I ordered 4 now. Definitely value for money!
good value for money
I bought these for my two children as they are keen to pack their own suitcases. I must say, they are well made. They even came with some sort of toy lockpads which made everything even more exciting for the little ones.
If you’re looking for budget airline hand luggage this is perfect.
I looked at all the reviews before purchasing. I don’t understand all the negative comments. Yes they’re backpack material but very lightweight and exactly Ryanair sizes for priority boarding hand luggage. They were exactly what I was looking for at a bargain price.
