You have the right to return your order within 90 days of its arrival.
The products can easily be returned. If you simply change your mind, the return shipping costs are your responsibility and must be paid to the shipping party. However, if the return is due to a defect or a picking error, we will arrange the collection, making it free for you.

Signatures
Please note that a signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. It is the customers responsibility to have someone home to sign for their item
If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow instructions on this card). Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour – you will be advised of this on the calling card. After three failed delivery attempts the item will be returned to us and we’ll get in touch to discuss the next steps.
Occasionally, things can go wrong and delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control and we apologise if your parcel hasn’t arrived as expected. In the event of extreme weather conditions for example, we will update this page with the latest updates.

It's cheap and easy to assemble but will lt last ?
We have only just received our Olsen & Smith 775 litre shed. It was cheap and arrived in good time, it's well packaged and the instructions are easy to follow. It probably took about 1½ hours to assemble using my expensive but very good De Walt cordless drill. The structure is quite flimsy and the side panels feel like they are about 1mm thick. The hasp and staple are made from plastic and there is no real security at all, although it does look a bit secure. Any rigidity comes from the tubular metal frame, and the panels are secured inot this using angled plastic strips and self tapping screws so that they are held in tension, which is good. It would keep the weather off things being stored for winter, provided that the winter's worst storms don;t smash it. The roof and the base are strong solid panels and the roof panel jhas gas struts that actually work. It won;t matter too much if the back and one side panel are a bit flimsy if you push it into a corner with a wall behind it. . If you were keeping heavier items in the "shed" you could cheat and line the flimsy side panels with 3mm ply wood panels glued in to give it some much needed extra strength. It looks stronger than it is. I don't know in all fairness how it compares with other leading brands - it may be much the same. The packaging was easy to dispose of, but stronger than some of the shed side panels. If this review allows me to give updates I'll be able to tell you how it lasts in time.

It everything it says on the tin, plenty of room and pretty straight forward to fit together although it is handy to have someone to hold the pieces in place while putting the screws in, took about 45 mins to do, would recommend it, fitted under my carport, only thing i am going to add is another lock & asp at the bottom of the doors.
