You have the right to return your order within 90 days of its arrival.
The products can easily be returned. If you simply change your mind, the return shipping costs are your responsibility and must be paid to the shipping party. However, if the return is due to a defect or a picking error, we will arrange the collection, making it free for you.

Note: Only products in unused condition in their original state can be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return if there are traces of use.

Signatures
Please note that a signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. It is the customers responsibility to have someone home to sign for their item
If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow instructions on this card). Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour – you will be advised of this on the calling card. After three failed delivery attempts the item will be returned to us and we’ll get in touch to discuss the next steps.
Occasionally, things can go wrong and delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control and we apologise if your parcel hasn’t arrived as expected. In the event of extreme weather conditions for example, we will update this page with the latest updates.

Storage box
I found it hard to assemble as you need strength in your hands I don’t have. A friend did this for me and it is everything I had hoped for, sturdy, practical and just the right size and no rain got in.

We’ve used this to create s charging point on our parking area. Couple of outdoor sockets and stores Granny charger and other items such as scrapers, screen wash etc. Sturdy and great bit of kit.
Easy to assemble if pay attention
Make sure you read the instructions! It makes it easier. I stuffed up and thankfully was able to rectify with help. But it was a struggle. Once made box looks smart outside the house. Love it had a free padlock. Good quality. The padlock was initially missing but good customer service they sorted it immediately for me.

Assembling was easy & intuitive. The box is sturdy enough and as "waterproof" as can be expected. A few bricks at the bottom ensure, the wind doesn't blow it out of place.
