You have the right to return your order within 90 days of its arrival.
The products can easily be returned. If you simply change your mind, the return shipping costs are your responsibility and must be paid to the shipping party. However, if the return is due to a defect or a picking error, we will arrange the collection, making it free for you.

Signatures
Please note that a signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. It is the customers responsibility to have someone home to sign for their item
If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow instructions on this card). Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour – you will be advised of this on the calling card. After three failed delivery attempts the item will be returned to us and we’ll get in touch to discuss the next steps.

New to inflatables
I have canoed for a long time but was always a bit snobish about inflatables. I decided to purchase one so I could be a bit more independent about my paddling and not have to always rely upon someone with a roofrack to pick me up. Overall I am very pleased with the kayak which was dispatched super fast. It's a high quality product and very easy to set up and pack down. There is just one issue to consider before purchasing one of these, and that is the intended use. I live near the river Wye and wanted it for touring this river. This is fine except the water is often very shallow and the fins on the kayak are quite deep, which means I get grounded a lot of the river is low. I thought it would be easy to get replacement fins but infact it is impossible to get any that are compatible and my only option is to get after market finns which look quite tricky to fit. I thought it important to mention this because I did a lot of reserch, but did not consider this problem until I actually used the kayak, by that time it was too late to return it. In addition to this problem, the washers which hold the the screw in place on the fins fell off straight away and as a result I soon lost one of the screws too. When I contacted customer service they would only replace these if I went through a warranty claim - I thought they'd just send me a new screw! When I pointed out this was silly, they said they could sell me a screw for £6. That left a bad taste in my mouth. Having said all that, the boat is a pleasure to use when the water is deep enough. It paddles straight and there is plenty of room for picnics, tent etc.

Inflating and setting the seat was very easy. I'm 6ft 1 and fitting the kayak was again easy and comfortable. The paddle holders were of great benefit when getting on/in the kayak and doing some minor adjustments to the seat, again easy. The kayak handled wonderfully and kept a straight line, even in choppy waters. Ive had a few other kayaks within this price range and this one is by far the very best of any. It was very comfortable to row and a true pleasure on the lake. Lifting the kayak was also easy with the multiple grab handles. All in all, I'm extremely pleased with the kayak and highly recommend it

Very pleased with our purchase. Good quality build. Very firm base. Have been on their maiden voyage. Easy to assemble and disassemble. Not as fast on the water as hard kayaks, as was to be expected, but overall very happy to recommend.
Lovely Kayak
After a lot of research on inflatable Kayaks i decided to go with the Aqua Spirit as it has a drop stitch floor. I love kayaking but have had two knee replacements and find the normal inflatables impossible to get in or out and solid ones far to heavy. Went out on it yesterday and it’s perfect. The solid floor made it easy to get in and out and on the water it tracks perfect. I absolutely love it.
