You have the right to return your order within 90 days of its arrival.
The products can easily be returned. If you simply change your mind, the return shipping costs are your responsibility and must be paid to the shipping party. However, if the return is due to a defect or a picking error, we will arrange the collection, making it free for you.

Note: Only products in unused condition in their original state can be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return if there are traces of use.

For customers in mainland UK, we offer the option of next day delivery through DPD at an additional charge of £2.99 - £4.99. To avail of this service, please place your order before 1 PM. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be dispatched on the next business day.

Signatures
Please note that a signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. It is the customers responsibility to have someone home to sign for their item
If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow instructions on this card). Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour – you will be advised of this on the calling card. After three failed delivery attempts the item will be returned to us and we’ll get in touch to discuss the next steps.
Occasionally, things can go wrong and delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control and we apologise if your parcel hasn’t arrived as expected. In the event of extreme weather conditions for example, we will update this page with the latest updates.

Great product
I had Ben looking for a storage box that would fit some large garden furniture cushions and this is perfect. It went together really easily (husband did it himself b his own). Looks great too
Good size and design. Great price. However, the catch for the lock didn't align well and is quite a weak plastic.

Just what we needed!
Easy to put together, colour blends in well with our patio, and just the right size for all of our garden sofa cushions and blanket. There was even enough space for our grandsons play tent and cushions. Nice touch to get the padlock too.
830 Ltr storage box.
The delivery was at the front end of the timescale advised the packaging was excellent, no chance of transit damage the product was very easy to assemble and was sturdy on completion. Several inspections later and lots of rain later, im pleased to say all of my cushions are bone dry.

Found this very easy to assemble in about 20mins. Had heavy rain since and contents completely dry. Only criticism would be the padlock flap. Don't think it would take much effort to defeat it.

Excellent garden Chest - delivery fraught.
The Chest is good value - enormous, so it takes all the cushions from our various out door seating. Straightforward construction instructions and works well. First delivery ( Yodel ) lost but Packed Direct quickly sent a replacement.
